• http://www.cctv-9.com An online TV station from China. Mostly English, but they have a "Learning Chinese" program which they repeat 3 times a day. It is difficult to get reliable connection (from Saint Paul, MN at least).

I recommend the "Pimsleur Language Program" for Chinese listening and speaking practice. It's very much worth getting, although you will look a little strange to the other drivers as you answer questions and repeat the sentences. There are a couple of sites that sell it at a large discount. One site is "CheapPimsleur.com"
